These General Terms of Use and Sale (hereinafter referred to as "GTUS") govern all contractual relations between QUEBECCHIC and any person making a purchase via the brand's official website.
ARTICLE 1 – Purpose

Some products may be manufactured internationally (notably in PRC – People's Republic of China).
Each product is accompanied by a description detailing its main characteristics. Photographs are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractual.
QUEBECCHIC reserves the right to modify the product assortment at any time.
ARTICLE 3 – Prices
Prices are indicated in Canadian dollars (CAD), all taxes included (TTC).
Delivery costs, if applicable, are indicated separately before the final validation of the order.
QUEBECCHIC reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the price charged will be that displayed at the time of order confirmation.
ARTICLE 4 – Orders and payment methods
To place an order, the buyer may be required to create a customer account.
The order becomes final after:

Payments are secured via platforms compliant with current security standards (PCI-DSS).
In the event of fraudulent use of a payment method, the buyer must immediately contact their bank.

ARTICLE 5 – Retention of title
The products remain the property of QUEBECCHIC until full payment of the order.
QUEBECCHIC also reserves the right to suspend or close the online store at any time, without prior notice.
ARTICLE 6 – Right of withdrawal
The buyer has a period of 14 days following delivery to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for exceptions specified in the return policy.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery delay
A delay of less than 30 days does not entitle to a refund.
Beyond this period, a request may be considered.
Promotional items
Sale or promotional items are non-refundable but may be exchangeable under applicable conditions.
ARTICLE 7 – Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address provided during the order.
Delivery times are given for informational purposes only. In case of exceeding 30 days, the customer may request cancellation and refund.
A tracking number is sent by email.
Risks related to transport are transferred to the buyer upon shipment of the package.
In case of damage observed upon delivery, a claim must be made to the carrier within 3 days.
ARTICLE 8 – Warranty
All products benefit from the legal warranties applicable under Canadian law.
In case of non-compliant or defective product, the buyer may request:

In case of dispute, the competent courts will be those of Montreal, Quebec, unless otherwise provided by law.
