Return Policy
Return Period
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the delivery date.
After this period, no refunds or exchanges will be granted.
An exchange is allowed only once. Any additional exchange request will incur charges at the customer's expense.
Return shipping costs are not covered by QUEBECCHIC and remain the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, QUEBECCHIC agrees to:

process an exchange free of charge
or -
issue a full refund.
Please contact us within 7 days with supporting photos (product and packaging).
Return Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused

In its original condition

In its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
All return requests must be sent by email with the subject:

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Gift cards
-
Downloadable software
-
Certain health and personal care products
-
Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, magazines)

Dangerous or flammable products
Special Clause – Underwear, Swimwear, and Intimate Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable:

Underwear (briefs, bras)

Swimwear

Intimate area products

Opened or used cosmetic products

Other sensitive products
Available Options:
1. Size or Model Exchange
We can ship a new item (delivery costs at the customer's expense).
You may keep the original item.
2. Partial Refund:

CAD 25 to 29 for one item

CAD 35 to 40 for three items
Opened Cosmetic Products
Opened or used products cannot be returned, except in case of:

Defective product
-
Product damaged upon receipt
-
Order error (wrong shade or wrong item)
In these cases, contact us within 7 days with photos.
Refunds
Once the item is returned and inspected, you will receive an email confirming:

Approval or rejection of the refund
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 24 hours (bank processing times may vary).
Delivery Delay
Delivery times may be affected by external circumstances or force majeure.
A delay of less than 30 days does not entitle you to a refund.
Beyond 30 days, a request may be considered.
Order Cancellation
Cancellations are accepted only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

If the order is already paid: a 10% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund.

If the order is shipped: it can no longer be canceled. You will need to wait for receipt and process a return according to our policy.
Refund After Shipment
To obtain a refund after shipment, you must:

Receive the package

Return it to the address provided by our customer service
Incorrect Delivery Address
QUEBECCHIC is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
No refund will be granted in this case.
Package Returned for the Following Reasons:

Incorrect or incomplete address

Absence during delivery

Failure to collect from the post office within 6 days
Reshipment costs are entirely at the customer's expense.
If the customer refuses to pay the return fees and requests a refund, a processing fee of $19 will be automatically deducted.

Return Fees
Shipping costs for all returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of an error on our part or a defective product.

Please contact our customer service to obtain the return address closest to your location.
Please do not return the product to the address on the package.
