Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday.

The total delivery time includes:

• Processing time: 24 to 72 business hours after order confirmation

• Delivery time: 7 to 13 business days

During periods of high demand or in exceptional circumstances (weather conditions, logistical constraints, public holidays, etc.), an additional delay of 3 to 4 business days may apply.

A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your package is shipped.
